Music Instructor
I have been playing music since I was around 4 or 5 years old. I started learning piano at Rhum Academy, then later on started to take guitar lessons as well. I started out with learning the basics: how to play chords, how to play melodies with my right hand for piano while playing chords with my left hand, and learning to play lead guitar. I prefer to play metal song on guitar like Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, Breaking Benjamin but I have experience with other genres like jazz, pop, classical and rock as well. My interests vary on piano from learning a classical piece I really enjoy to learning movie soundtracks like Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean. I also write piano focused songs and add guitar and drums to them. I was a member of my High School's band playing percussion. In the marching band I was the synth player so I basically played different sounds and effects to help the show sound more diverse to get the audience more invested into the show. When I was in concert band I play cymbals, triangle, snare, bass drum, basically whatever was needed I could play and fill in. In pep band I was one of the couple drum set players. I would play songs like Danger Zone, Hey Baby, Welcome to the Black Parade, and The Hey Song. I've played so much music over the years that now I can learn any genre with a little work. I currently perform in my Churches Worship Band playing piano, bass, electric guitar, and work the sound board pretty much every Sunday.
