Mission Statement
The mission of Rhum Academy of Music and Performing Arts is to be the place where individual students are encouraged to express themselves freely while finding their artistic, emotional, and spiritual connection to their music.
Individual
At Rhum Academy of Music and Performing Arts (RAMPA) the company caters to each individual student by teaching at every level and by offering students the style of music they desire to learn, whether it is classical or contemporary. Furthermore, lessons are taught in two different types of environments - individual and group. This allows students to choose their best learning environment.
Encouraged
Rhum Academy is a place where more happens than just music lessons since students are encouraged to express themselves through their music. By fostering an environment conducive to freedom of expression, Rhum Academy anticipates that its customers will reward the company with their continued patronage. Moreover, Rhum Academy encourages students to share what they have learned with their family, friends, and the community through music performances at the Academy.
Connection
The hope of Rhum Academy is to be a place where students are nurtured so they can find their artistic, emotional, or spiritual connection in their musical performances. Rhum Academy hopes this connection to music will never stop for their students.
Vision Statement
The vision for the Rhum Academy of Music and Performing Arts is to be a nationally known music academy where the love, passion, and excitement for learning and teaching music is encouraged and fostered through teachers who have a love for music and a desire to teach it.
Nationally Known
Rhum Academy has a vision of one day being able to draw students from all over the country; perhaps even internationally, by providing them with a recognized cerification program. Additionally, Rhum Academy wants to build dorms to house these students.
Teachers
Rhum Academy also envisions a staff of well qualified, full-time teachers who have a love, passion, and desire for teaching music.
