Rhum Academy's newest addition to our
fine crafted acoustic guitars. 
The Robb Report showcases the simple elegance of this SCGC model as a way to 'own the extraordinary' instead of 'settle for the ordinary.' Welcomed internationally as both timely and timeless, the 1929-00 has received sparkling reviews from the most prestigious publications in France, Germany, UK and the US. This instrument's design pays homage to the simple and elegant instruments made for players enduring the Great Depression of 1929. Vintage inspired appointments include scalloped bracing, a period correct script style logo done tastefully in Ivoroid and beautifully executed Ebony pyramid bridge, bridge pins, tuner buttons, head-plate and fretboard. The rosette is an exercise in austere elegance with a rich tortoise ring nestled in a vintage Ivoroid border.
About Us
Rhum Academy of Music & Performing Arts Center is a music school focused on helping musicians of all levels and ages discover the joy of making music.  We offer lessons on today’s most popular instruments in the most current styles: rock, country, bluegrass, and jazz. 

We also offer regular
performances by our students and local and national acts in our beautiful Wilson Hall. This spacious performance hall is also available to rent for banquet and corporate functions.

Rhum Academy is also the place to find fine crafted acoustic guitars and accessories. We offer personal service that allows you to find the perfect instrument, fitted to your needs and personality.

Beginning Group Piano

W/ Dr. Kelly Freije

Students will learn the bsics of piano playing, rhythm, and tonality through movement, games, and learning to play music on the piano.

Ukulele Classes w/ Gary Rhum

Students will learn the basic chords & todays most popular ukulele songs.  This is a fun class with a fun instrument.  Classes will be scheduled soon, if you are interested call 765-236-0567.
